Do it yourself

• Delete your account from Settings. Your account closes straight away, and your data is erased 30 days later.
• Unlink a social account or bank from Settings at any time. Open deals finish first.
• Download everything we hold about you from Settings.
• See why a payout is held on the deal itself. Nothing is held without a written reason.

Disputes

Open a dispute from the deal page once a draft has been submitted. A person at Yap Factory reads both sides against the offer you both accepted and decides within 5 business days. The money stays put until then.
