Do it yourself

• Delete your account from Settings. Data is soft-deleted immediately and purged after 30 days.
• Unlink a social account or bank from Settings at any time. Open deals finish first.
• Export your data as JSON from Settings.
• See why a payout is held on the deal itself. Nothing is held without a written reason.

Disputes

Open a dispute from the deal page once a draft has been submitted. Ops reads both sides against the frozen offer and resolves within five business days. Held money stays untouched meanwhile.
