The promise

1. Paid before work. After you say yes, the brand chooses to start the deal, and only then is their card charged. Yap Factory holds the money before you film. You never film on a promise.
2. Paid in full on approval. Your whole fee is released when the brand approves your draft, or automatically when 72 hours pass in silence. When it reaches your bank depends on Stripe’s payout schedule for your account.
3. No silent reserves. If any amount is held, the deal shows a written reason, a dispute record, and a date by which it resolves.
4. 5 business days on disputes. A person reads both sides against the offer you both accepted and decides. The money stays put meanwhile.
5. No withdrawal fees. You keep 100% of your price. Stripe’s payout costs are ours, not yours.
6. Cancellation fees are real. If a brand cancels after sending app access, you receive 50% of your fee for making the video. If they cancel after you submitted a draft, you’re still paid for that draft.
7. A person within 24 hours. Every email, every day.
