Payout promise

Nothing is held without a reason you can read.

This is the single most important operational promise Yap Factory makes. It is published here so it can be quoted back to us.

The promise

1. Paid before work. A deal does not open until the brand's money is captured. You never film on a promise.
2. Milestones release automatically. 30% when the approver approves your draft, or when 72 hours pass in silence. 70% when your post is verified.
3. No silent reserves. If any amount is held, the deal shows a written reason, a dispute record, and a date by which it resolves.
4. Five business days on disputes. A person reads both sides against the frozen offer and decides. The money stays put meanwhile.
5. Zero withdrawal fees. Instant payout where your bank supports it. Yap Factory pays that fee, not you.
6. Kill fees are real. If a brand cancels after delivering app access, you receive 50% of the creation fee. If they cancel after you submitted a draft, the draft milestone is paid regardless.
7. A human within 24 hours. Every ticket, every day.

How we keep it

Every money movement writes an append-only audit record. A nightly reconciliation compares our ledger to Stripe's and alerts on any drift. Payout status is visible on every deal.
